From the source
Manchester United are reportedly keen on signing Newcastle United defender Lewis Hall, as per Football Insider. The Red Devils currently have Luke Shaw and Patrick Dorgu as specialist left-back options.
However, the Englishman has continued to struggle with fitness problems over the years, although he started all 38 Premier League games last term. He has been out injured in recent weeks.
On the other hand, Dorgu has struggled with hamstring problems in recent months and is set to remain sidelined over the next few weeks. As a result, Michael Carrick has used Diogo Dalot, Ayden Heaven and Noussair Mazraoui in the left-back position.
