From the source

Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham was ranked number 11 in the Ballon d'Or race, which was an absolute shock to the system of most Real Madrid fans.

Even though it wasn't the best season that Bellingham has had at Real Madrid, it was far from the worst, and he had an unbelievable World Cup campaign to back his claim to at least be a top 10 player in the race.

Mourinho was asked about it in the press conference before the game against Racing Club on Sunday, and his answer was simply, "No comment." It showed his huge disapproval of the disgustingly low ranking that the Englishman has received from people who have voted.
