The story in brief
28-second readBayern Munich has not had the best of starts as club football returned last weekend, and their poor form vs. FC Augsburg continued on to the Champions League as relative minnows Viking FK punished Bayern and held them to a 3-3 draw.
Speaking after the game, head coach Vincent Kompany lamented the team’s mistakes and Michael Olise’s red card, which rules him out for next week’s blockbuster fixture against Arsenal FC.
“It was entirely our own fault. The second yellow card for Olise was obviously a stupid mistake. We addressed that very clearly as well,” said Kompany (as captured via @iMiaSanMia ).
