Tottenham Hotspur Women will try to snap their three match losing streak in the WSL today as they travel to Birmingham City Women today. Spurs have had an absolutely brutal stretch of matches over the past month, losing to London City Lionesses, Chelsea, and Arsenal in consecutive weeks, thwarting a promising start in league play.
The three match skid drops Spurs to fifth in the table, and puts a serious dent in their hopes to secure a Champions League spot this season.
While there are few easy matches in the WSL, thankfully Spurs aren’t playing a title contender today. Birmingham City promoted to the WSL last season by winning WSL 2.
