Amad’s emotional Man Utd outburst after Atletico Madrid loss is settled by Michael Carrick once and for all
Story updated
The story in brief
27-second readMichael Carrick has now responded to Amad Diallo’s X-rated message on social media after Manchester United’s defeat to Atletico Madrid on Tuesday evening. Amad Diallo made his first appearance for Manchester United in the 2026-27 campaign earlier this week after he finally overcame his ankle injury.
The 24-year-old Ivorian winger climbed off the bench in the second half and replaced Marcus Rashford in the 66th minute of the Champions League clash.
Amad’s performance was not the major talking point about his return, but it was rather what the United star showed in his unfiltered reaction to Atletico Madrid’s win.
