AC Milan claimed a 3-1 victory over rivals Inter Milan in Serie A at San Siro on Saturday evening. Milan got off to an electric start, scoring twice in the opening 10 minutes.

Christian Pulisic opened the scoring in the fourth minute, heading Diego Moreira’s cross into the net. His strike was Milan’s earliest goal against Inter in the league since 2011.
