From the source

Former Liverpool defender Stephen Warnock has questioned Reds boss Andoni Iraola taking off Trey Nyoni during the clash against Arsenal at Anfield. Liverpool played host to Arsenal on Merseyside in a mouth-watering Premier League clash that did not disappoint despite just containing a single goal.

A Kai Havertz strike in the 16th minute proved to be the only difference between the two teams as it finished 1-0 to the Gunners.
