AC Milan welcome Ferencvaros to San Siro this evening, hoping to begin righting the course after a difficult start to their Europa League campaign. Defeats to Benfica and Bournemouth – both without scoring – in the opening three rounds have left Milan languishing down in 24th in the table.
That means they need to be almost perfect to maintain any hopes of a top four spot, with five games left to salvage things.
They face a Ferencvaros side who are 20 unbeaten across all competitions and have won all three of their games in Europe so far, so they will arrive in Milan full of confidence and ready to try secure a historic result.
