The story in brief
26-second readCan Man City return to winning ways against Ipswich Town after a difficult midweek night against PSG?
City suffered a first defeat of the season at the hands of the back-to-back European champions after Desire Doue, Ousmane Dembele and Vitinha scored in quick succession in the opening 32 minutes to leave the shell-shocked hosts with too high a mountain to climb thereafter.
The Blues have made a flying start to the Enzo Maresca era, winning eight in eight in all competitions prior to their first loss of the season against PSG on Wednesday night.
