Ahead of Saturday’s top-of-the-table clash, Borussia Dortmund defender Nico Schlotterbeck knows exactly how big a challenge awaits his side at the Allianz Arena. Schlotterbeck believes this Bayern Munich team is operating at a level rarely seen over the past two decades, and Borussia Dortmund will need to bring their best if they want to leave Bavaria with a result.
“This is probably the best Bayern team of the last 15 or 20 years. We’ll have to put in a performance like we did in the first half today [against Bremen], then we’ll have a chance.
But of course, Bayern are the favorites. We’ll go there without any fear. We’ll put in a good performance and then we’ll see what we can do.
