Vinícius Jr. responds to boos from Real Madrid fans
Story updated
The story in brief
31-second readReal Madrid star Vinícius Jr. has responded to the latest negative reception afforded to him by the club’s supporters on Wednesday. Wide-man Vinícius for his part featured from the off yesterday evening, as Real Madrid kicked their continental campaign back into gear in a Champions League meeting with AS Roma.
When all was said and done, Los Blancos enjoyed an outing to remember, recovering from two goals down courtesy of a last-gasp ‘Remontada’ at the Stadio Olimpico.
Vinícius, however, played no part in the comeback. Amid another underwhelming individual showing in Italy’s capital – including a direct mistake for one of Roma’s goals – the 26-year-old was hauled off before the hour mark.
