The story in brief

22-second read

Manchester United did not get the result they wanted on Saturday, drawing 1-1 against Tottenham Hotspur to remain 12th in the league standings after six matches.

Nobody lost as the points were split, but Manchester United certainly felt like losers when the full-time whistle was blown. Tottenham’s equaliser came at the beginning of stoppage time.

After a poor start to the game, it looked like Bryan Mbeumo found a way to win the match with the opening goal in the 73rd minute.
