Milan defender Fikayo Tomori was forced off due to an injury against Bologna, deepening the Rossoneri’s concerns ahead of Saturday’s derby against Inter. Tomori started in a Serie A match against Bologna today but sustained a suspected thigh injury in the first half.

The ex-Chelsea defender played until the break but was then substituted. Milan eventually lost 4-2 against the Rossoblu and Tomori’s injury adds to the Rossoneri’s concerns ahead of Saturday’s derby against Inter.

In a post-match interview with DAZN, Milan coach Ruben Amorim said Tomori might have a “problem,” which will be assessed tomorrow. The Rossoneri already had eight players unavailable against Bologna, including regular starters Mario Gila, Adrien Rabiot, Samuel Chukwueze, and summer signing Diego Moreira.
