From the source
Bayern Munich are still waiting for a definitive diagnosis on Vincent Kompany after the Belgian coach shockingly collapsed on Friday and was taken to hospital.
Speaking to Sky Germany on Sunday, Bayern board member for sport Max Eberl gave a cautiously optimistic update on Kompany’s condition, revealing that he had paid him a visit in hospital the previous day.
I visited him on Saturday. Eberl said, adding that Kompany is “doing well under the circumstances”. A return to the dugout is not currently a priority, with Eberl underlining that Kompany should only return once he has fully recovered.
