From the source

Tottenham Hotspur are counting down the days until the rest of their injured players are able to return to the first team. Dejan Kulusevski is already showing his quality off the bench after a devastating knee injury, and both James Maddison and Pedro Porro look ready to start again, too.

Mykhaylo Mudryk and Savio are recent signings who are expected to be back on the wings after the November international break later this month. So the two real big remaining returns are two long term injuries in attacking midfielders Xavi Simons and Wilson Odobert.

Because like Simons, Odobert was actually playing his best football in a Tottenham kit before tearing his ACL in the winter. When Odobert comes back to Tottenham Hotspur, he isn't going to start many games.
