Lammens impressed by Carlos Baleba vs Spurs but another star’s form is a surprise, ‘Not only him…’

Manchester United didn’t have much to write home about in a limp 1-1 draw against Spurs, but two players did catch Senne Lammens’ eye. One was obviously Carlos Baleba , who changed the game immediately after coming on, showing that he belongs at the biggest stage .

Baleba sprayed passes, covered the ground , won his duels, and shielded the ball with his life to spark some energy in an insipid midfield consisting of Youri Tielemans before his arrival.

However, Baleba was not the only player who caught Lammens’ eye, as another surprise star showed signs of good form. Senne Lammens talks up Baleba and Joshua Zirkzee Lammens didn’t have a great game himself, looking nervy with the ball at his feet, but his shot-stopping was reliable as always.
