Kevin Nolan has been talking about Matthias Jaissle and Newcastle United. The former United star admitting he had concerns about United’s prospects before the campaign began.

Incidentally, only four days to go until the 16th anniversary of THAT Halloween derby. A 5-1 hammering of Steve Bruce and his Mackem team. Kevin Nolan scoring a hat-trick that day, with Shola Ameobi getting the other two as Newcastle smashed Sunderland 5-1.

Kevin Nolan now speaking on the No Tippy Tappy Football podcast: “”I must admit when I watched Newcastle before the season started, I feared for them.
