From the source

Brighton & Hove Albion secured their first-ever victory at Manchester City with a 1-0 win at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday, giving Arsenal a chance to move to the top of the Premier League.

Yasin Ayari scored the decisive goal in the 11th minute as Fabian Hurzeler’s side produced an impressive defensive performance to condemn City to consecutive league defeats.

The result leaves Enzo Maresca’s side vulnerable at the summit, with Arsenal able to capitalise when they visit Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday. Brighton started confidently despite facing opponents who had eliminated them from the League Cup on penalties in midweek.
