From the source

Over the past couple weeks, Bayern Munich assistant Aaron Danks has stepped up to offer some relief to Vincent Kompany while the man in charge dealt with various medical issues.

After Kompany collapsed at the Bayern facility, Danks filled his absence by running the show in Bayern’s 6-1 victory over FC Magdeburg in the second round of the DFB-Pokal.

In the postgame interview (via @iMiaSanMia), Danks offered some very positive news on Vincent Kompany. “Vincent is out of hospital,” said Danks. We’re very pleased that he’s getting better.
