Barcelona are considering Juventus defender Andrea Cambiaso as a potential replacement for Alejandro Balde, whose future at the club has become uncertain ahead of the January transfer window.
According to a report from ESPORT3, the Catalan side is exploring the possibility of bringing the Italian international to Camp Nou, with Balde potentially included in negotiations as part of a player-exchange arrangement.
Notably, strengthening the defensive flanks is among Barcelona’s priorities for January, and Cambiaso’s ability to operate on both sides, just like Joao Cancelo, makes him an attractive option for Hansi Flick.
