From the source

Everton are reportedly interested in signing Conor Gallagher from Tottenham Hotspur in January, but there are significant obstacles to a potential deal. Roberto De Zerbi is understood to value the midfielder highly, despite the England international starting just three Premier League matches this season.

Gallagher has struggled to establish himself as a regular starter amid strong competition in Tottenham’s midfield, with Sandro Tonali, Mateus Fernandes and James Maddison among De Zerbi’s options.

However, a lack of starts does not necessarily mean Spurs are looking to move him on with the former Atletico Madrid player having had a positive impact in recent matches when called upon.
