The story in brief
5-second readAn exciting Brazilian star is one step closer to joining Liverpool.
From the source
An exciting Brazilian is one step closer to joining Liverpool following a recent report. If anything, Liverpool's frontline looks like the most complete part of Andoni Iraola's jigsaw right now.
It's quite funny, really, considering the Reds spent the final days of last summer's window trying to bring in another attacker. Ismaila Sarr and Yankuba Minteh were both on the radar, but Liverpool were ultimately priced out of moves for either player.
Looking at the options available now, though, the attack looks pretty healthy. Bradley Barcola has been a strong addition, Alexander Isak is firing on all cylinders, and Florian Wirtz is finally starting to deliver those goal contributions.
