From the source
Chelsea are reportedly leading the race ahead of Liverpool in the race to sign AFC Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott, as per TEAMtalk. After moving to Vitality Stadium from Bristol City, the 23-year-old initially took time to adapt to the Premier League’s physicality.
However, he showed glimpses of his high potential last term, making five goal contributions across all competitions. He even helped the Cherries qualify for the Europa League by finishing sixth in the Premier League.
Having been impressed by him, several big English clubs expressed their interest in him last summer. However, Bournemouth ultimately managed to keep hold of him.
