Barcelona star Anthony Gordon has this week revealed his take that he and his teammates performed more impressively than their Real Madrid counterparts in last weekend’s El Clásico.
The latest edition of Spanish football’s most hotly-contested fixture was of course played to completion a little over a week ago. When all was said and done, visitors Real Madrid emerged triumphant by two goals to one, in the process keeping alive their La Liga title hopes.
Los Blancos were largely praised for the level of their display at the Camp Nou, arguably the club’s finest since the return of José Mourinho.
