From the source

La Liga president Javier Tebas has taken aim at Real Madrid once again amid regular attacks on Barcelona and referees in La Liga. Tebas spoke to reporters on Monday about his continued conflict with Los Blancos and accused the club of “stretching the Negreira case like chewing gum,” per AS.

He went on to add: “Real Madrid thinks Negreira is in every referee’s dressing room at every stadium where Real Madrid plays. I remind Real Madrid that we went to the prosecutor’s office before Real Madrid did.

The president of Real Madrid was on the board of directors for six months after the Negreira issue came to light, and in a general assembly, he defended the club of his then-friend while it was in the Super League.
