Sources in Germany are confirming that Markus Krösche should be announced by AC Milan in the coming weeks, ready to start in January. It is seemingly not a very well-kept secret by this point that Milan are looking to appoint Krösche as their new Head of Football, having made an attempt to get him in the summer.
Sources in Italy have claimed things are done, but their German colleagues have always been a bit more hesitant. Now, Sky Germany confirm that Krösche’s future likely lies in Italy because a move to Milan is becoming increasingly likely.
However, no deal has been finalised yet: officials from both clubs still need to hold talks as Krösche is only on leave from Frankfurt. His contract, which runs until 2028, is currently still valid.
