Barcelona enjoyed one of their most successful campaigns in recent years during the 2025/25 season. They secured the domestic treble under Hansi Flick. Raphinha played a leading role for Barça that season, but despite his outstanding performances, he finished only fifth in the Ballon d’Or voting the following year.
According to SPORT, Raphinha has now liked a TikTok video posted by content creator Dani Quintana questioning the consistency of the award’s criteria following Harry Kane’s victory on Monday.
Kane secured the 2026 Ballon d’Or after an extraordinary campaign with Bayern Munich, recording 73 goals and eight assists in 65 appearances. The Englishman also won three domestic trophies and reached the Champions League semi-finals.
