From the source

The derby between AC Milan and Inter on Saturday night will be a full sell-out for the first time in over half a decade. As La Gazzetta dello Sport write, it is as if there has been a surge in pride just hours after the unveiling of the new stadium that will replace it in five years.

San Siro opens its arms even wider for tomorrow’s derby, as it has for over 100 years. The highest possible capacity can be sold: for the occasion, the safety curtains located in the two stands will be removed, namely, the Terzo Anello Blu (South) and Terzo Anello Verde (North).

This means that San Siro will be a sellout in the truest sense of the word. The last time it happened was for the derby on 17 March 2019, with 77,479 spectators.
