From the source

During the summer, Eintracht Frankfurt signed Noah Atubolu on loan from SC Freiburg for an initial fee of €1 million – and it appears there is a very high probability that the move will be made permanent.

According to Bild, a €12 million purchase clause will be automatically activated if Eintracht Frankfurt manage to stay in the Bundesliga. A contract running until 2031 is already said to have been negotiated between Eintracht and the 24-year-old goalkeeper.

Atubolu has established himself as Die Adler's first-choice goalkeeper since his arrival, featuring in all eight competitive games for the club so far this season.
