From the source
After announcing Markus Krösche’s immediate departure as board member for sport earlier this month, Eintracht Frankfurt appear to have found his successor. According to Sky Germany, the Bundesliga club have reached a full agreement to appoint Joti Chatzialexiou as his replacement.
The 50-year-old, who is currently managing director for sport at 1. FC Nürnberg, is set to take up his new role on February 1, having signed a contract until 2030.
A release clause in the six-figure range will allow Chatzialexiou to leave his current position. Until his arrival, sporting director Timmo Hardung will assume additional responsibilities at Eintracht Frankfurt.
