From the source

Today Arsenal broke their Anfield curse, ironically during the weekend of Halloween. The Gunners narrowly defeated Liverpool 1-0 in their title pursuit, allowing them to overtake Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table.

Arsenal now lead the Citizens by three points, amazingly, a far cry from being three points behind them since mid-September following the 3-0 defeat to Brighton.

The last time we won at Anfield was back in 2012, when our current manager Mikel Arteta was playing for us in the middle of the park, which feels like a lifetime ago, showing how far he and the club have come.
