From the source

Anfield always ranks among the most sought-after away trips on the Premier League calendar for Tottenham Hotspur fans. Before applying for the 3,058 visiting spots on Merseyside, supporters need to note a stricter age rule and two tier pricing structure.

Over 3,000 travelling fans will pack into the Anfield away end when Tottenham head to Merseyside. This week, season ticket holders can apply for the 3,058 ticket allocation until 10 am on 9 November.

If demand exceeds that figure, the Ticketing Points Scheme will determine the ballot winners. Club staff will then process payments on 11 November. Unlike newer grounds, the Anfield allocation includes 54 restricted view seats.
