From the source

According to The Athletic, Manchester United are weighing up a possible move for Leeds United striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin during the winter transfer window. The Red Devils find themselves short in the centre-forward department with Benjamin Sesko on the sidelines for the long-term.

The Slovenian has not played for a month with a recurring shin problem and could now be sidelined until January or even further.

This has increased the need for a new marksman at the start of the year and The Athletic claim that the Mancunian giants have made background checks on Calvert-Lewin despite the fact that Leeds are unlikely to entertain a mid-season sale to their fierce rivals.
