Barcelona have one of the best midfields in Europe, with Hansi Flick having a plethora of options at his disposal. The Catalan club have at least two players for each midfield role, with the likes of Pedri, Rodri, Frenkie de Jong, Gavi, Marc Bernal, Dani Olmo and Fermin Lopez making up the roster.

One midfielder who has attracted considerable attention from across Europe is Fermin Lopez. He was linked with a move to Chelsea a couple of summers ago and now finds Manchester United interested in him.

However, according to Fabrizio Romano, Fermin has no intention of leaving Barcelona anytime soon. The 23-year-old is extremely happy at the Catalan club. Transfer expert Matteo Moretto revealed that Manchester United had made enquiries about signing both Fermin and Atletico Madrid’s Pablo Barrios.
