From the source

Manchester United are exploring the market for extra attacking quality, with Barcelona midfielder Fermin Lopez among the players of interest as the club reassesses its options ahead of the next transfer window.

According to Daily Mail, United have shown an interest in the Spain international while dealing with a major injury concern in their forward line. The 23-year-old is “rated in the £70million bracket” and has drawn attention from several leading clubs.

The report states he is “also coveted by Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea” after scoring five times for Barcelona this season. United have admired Lopez for some time, although there is said to be recognition internally that “United’s finances may be an issue” if any move develops into something more concrete.
