From the source

The head coach rotated quite heavily for the mid-week clash against Bournemouth, which didn’t turn out too well for the Rossoneri. As such, the plan was to revert to the usual starting eleven for the Udinese game, but that plan has now been thrown out the window.

Earlier today, it was confirmed by Milan that the key players Mario Gila, Adrien Rabiot and Diego Moreira will all miss out on the action at Stadio Friuli.

If they had been available, Amorim surely would have fielded them from the first minute. According to MilanNews and Sky, Amorim will switch to the 4-3-3/4-3-2-1 formation for this one as a result of the injuries.
