Spanish football’s two leading clubs are ready to lock horns over the signing of a member of the defensive ranks at Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspur.
This comes amid the understanding that both Barcelona and Real Madrid are keen on the signing of Pedro Porro. Right-back Porro is for his part now considered one of the standout right-backs in world football.
Despite the long-term struggles of Tottenham as a collective, the 27-year-old has long emerged as a standout performer in north London. His talents were on full display on the international stage this past summer, too, as Porro shone en route to Spain securing glory at the World Cup.
