Being a Tottenham Hotspur supporter hasn't been all that fun over the past couple of years, but boy, has it been a wonderful few days.

In truth, things have never been the same since Lucas Moura scored three in Amsterdam to improbably take us to the Champions League final.

The period between Moura's heroics and the showpiece event in Madrid was magic, don't get me wrong, and although there was hope post-defeat that Mauricio Pochettino would painfully but successfully rebuild, Spurs' most prosperous era of modern times came to a shuddering halt soon after.
