From the source

Mikel Arteta has every reason to feel proud of his Arsenal players after they secured a memorable victory over Liverpool at Anfield yesterday. The result moved the Gunners nine points clear of the Reds and helped them regain top spot in the league.

Arsenal have been impressive in the league this season, with the shock 3-0 defeat to Brighton a few weeks ago standing out as an exception.

Liverpool, meanwhile, had been enjoying a five-game winning run heading into the contest and were expected to continue their strong home record against the Gunners.
