At FC Bayern, planning for the upcoming season has long been in full swing—and apparently the same goes for equipment sponsor Adidas. Although the 2026–27 season is still in full swing, the first details about Munich’s home jersey for the 2027–28 season have already emerged.
These details hint at a striking change: The record champions are set to take the field in a significantly darker shade of red in the future.
As reported by Footy Headlines, a website specializing in soccer jerseys, Adidas is using the shade “Active Maroon” for the new Bayern home jersey. This is a dark red with a distinct hint of burgundy.
