Last summer, it seemed Musah was heading to a permanent exit. Atalanta pursued him all summer and there was interest from across Europe. However, that wasn’t seen as a bad thing by most.
So, when La Dea opted against signing him permanently in the summer, most expected the same outcome: a departure. Yet, Amorim opted to keep him and that decision has paid off substantially.
