FC Köln manager Rene Wagner has backed Tottenham loanee Mikey Moore to rediscover his scoring touch, despite the teenager enduring a six-game goal drought in the Bundesliga.
Mikey Moore was outstanding last season while on loan at Rangers, winning the Young Player of the Season award. It was no surprise to see the Tottenham Hotspur youngster clinch the accolade, with his performances meriting recognition after scoring seven goals and providing four assists across 47 matches.
Following that impressive spell in Scotland, Spurs opted for another loan move for their exciting teenager, sending Moore to FC Köln in Germany. Moore has settled in well and produced a few promising performances for the Bundesliga side.
