From the source

Tottenham Hotspur are going to pay out a lot of money to Manchester City for star forward Omar Marmoush when the 2026/27 Premier League season ends, as they are on the hook for 60 million pounds to the resident villains of English football after signing the talented Egyptian international on a loan deal with an obligation to buy.

9 coming in to replace the banished Richarlison and the inept Dominic Solanke and with Cody Gakpo staying put in Liverpool, Marmoush was the only potential goal scorer Spurs signed this past summer transfer window.

And while they are dominating the ball, playing great defense, and creating chances, they aren't scoring goals, and that all goes back to the one area they didn't really address in the summer transfer window.
