According to SPORT, Barcelona could consider selling Jules Kounde to raise funds for further reinforcements, with Chelsea already examining the possibility of signing the French defender and Tottenham’s Pedro Porro emerging as a potential replacement.

As stated before, Chelsea have made enquiries about Kounde and are assessing the financial conditions of a possible transfer. At the same time, Bayern Munich have also shown interest, putting the defender’s future at Barcelona under scrutiny.

Kounde’s position at Barcelona has become less secure following changes in the club’s defensive options. The conversion of Eric Garcia into a right-back, the emergence of academy prospect Xavi Espart and the club’s interest in other players have increased competition for places.
