What makes this particularly disappointing is that, in the worst-case scenario, the German national team player might not be able to play for the record champions at all for the rest of this calendar year.
Gnabry was injured in the Bundesliga classic after about half an hour of play, with no apparent contact from an opponent. The offensive player grabbed his thigh and immediately signaled that he could not continue playing.
