From the source

Inter Milan and AC Milan have agreed a landmark €650million (£535m) naming rights deal with Italian insurance company Generali for their proposed new stadium. The agreement would see the replacement for San Siro named Stadio Generali, marking a significant development in the clubs’ long-running efforts to build a modern shared home.

According to The Athletic, the deal is worth approximately €650m over 20 years, potentially making it one of the most lucrative stadium naming rights agreements in world sport.

Both clubs are also preparing to unveil updated designs for the proposed 71,500-capacity stadium at Milan’s historic Sforzesco Castle on Thursday. The new ground will be constructed on land adjacent to the existing San Siro, which is expected to be partially demolished once the replacement is completed.
