From the source

Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso has praised Estevao Willian and Romeo Lavia following Saturday’s 2-0 Premier League victory over Manchester United at Stamford Bridge. Second-half goals from Morgan Rogers and Cole Palmer secured three important points for the Blues, who moved back into the top four after a difficult week.

Manchester United defender Lisandro Martinez was also dismissed after receiving two yellow cards, leaving the visitors with little hope of mounting a comeback. Speaking after the match, Alonso admitted that Chelsea had struggled to establish control during an evenly contested first half.

However, the Spaniard revealed that his half-time instructions focused on improving possession and reducing unnecessary mistakes. The changes produced an improved second-half performance, with Chelsea taking the lead before Palmer doubled their advantage.
