From the source
Barcelona could explore the possibility of signing a new full-back during the January transfer window, with Tottenham Hotspur’s Pedro Porro emerging as the preferred target alongside the club’s search for a centre-back.
According to Mundo Deportivo journalist Roger Torello, the Catalan club has not ruled out strengthening both defensive positions if suitable opportunities become available. For now, it is known that a centre-back remains the priority for Hansi Flick, whose defensive options have been affected by injuries to Eric Garcia, Andreas Christensen and Jules Kounde.
However, Barcelona’s transfer plans could extend further, with a full-back signing also on the agenda, especially after consecutive defeats against Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.
