From the source
Yan Diomande has been off to a hot start after his big-money move to Real Madrid, and RB Leipzig could benefit further if he lifts football's biggest individual prize.
According to Florian Plettenberg, Leipzig would earn around €2.5 million if the Ivorian wins the Ballon d'Or. The fee was previously reported at €125 million guaranteed, with €15 million in potential bonuses.
Diomande took the Bundesliga by storm last season after joining from CD Leganés. The winger finished with 12 goals and eight assists in the Bundesliga and was ultimately named the league's Rookie of the Season.
